These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and form a binding agreement between you and Lex Orbis Education (OPC) Private Limited (“we”, “us”, the “company”) for your use of ZELVU Play (the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these terms, our privacy policy and our refund & cancellation policy.

2. The free library

• Free titles are videos published on YouTube by their rights holders. ZELVU Play finds and lists them using YouTube API Services and plays them in YouTube's official embedded player; we do not host, download, copy or alter those videos, and we do not charge for access to them.
• By watching a free title on ZELVU Play you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy applies to YouTube playback. YouTube determines availability, advertising, age restrictions and regional restrictions.
• On the Shorts page, the short on screen may start automatically with sound off; only one plays at a time.
• Children's titles are links that open on YouTube. ZELVU Play is not an approved, ad-free or supervised children's service. A parent or guardian is responsible for reviewing content before a child watches it.
• Titles, language labels, durations and view counts come from the source channel's metadata and are not a certification of suitability or accuracy.

3. ZELVU Premium access passes and tickets

• ZELVU Premium covers titles hosted or distributed by us under a written licence from their makers. It never covers, and is never required for, the free YouTube library.
• Protected launch gate. Paid plan checkout remains closed until a public Premium launch date is recorded and at least 8 licensed Premium titles are published. Joining the founding list does not create an order and does not authorise a payment.
• The primary public offers are Founding Annual at ₹599 for 365 days and Monthly Pass at ₹99 for 30 days. Each is a single-payment access pass. Nothing renews automatically and we do not debit you again without a new purchase.
• The Founding Annual offer is limited to the first 500 paid members. A Founding Annual pass purchased before launch begins on the recorded launch date and includes 90 bonus days. The number of remaining places shown by the Service is calculated from verified paid orders.
• Where a special, legacy or promotional pass is lawfully offered through a valid checkout link, the price, access period and benefits shown at checkout form part of the order terms. Such an offer does not change the public Founding Annual or Monthly Pass unless expressly stated.
• Before the Premium launch date, a paid plan may be cancelled in accordance with the refund policy. A waitlist entry or unpaid reservation may be withdrawn at any time.
• Access is personal and for private, non-commercial viewing. You may not copy, record, download except through a feature we provide, publicly screen, re-stream or circumvent access controls.
• Access is associated with the private order link and email. Keep the private link confidential; anyone who obtains it may be able to use the related access. We may impose reasonable simultaneous-stream and abuse controls.
• The Premium catalogue may change where a licence expires or a title becomes legally or technically unavailable. A specific title is guaranteed only where the transaction expressly purchases a single-title ticket.
• Premium titles carry the age classification and content descriptors applicable to the title. Parental controls are available for supported ratings; adult-rated content requires an adult confirmation.

4. Payments and activation

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where applicable. The legal merchant name shown by the bank may be Lex Orbis Education (OPC) Private Limited.
• ICICI Bank checkout orders are activated only after the company's verified payment record shows the correct order reference, amount and paid status. A screenshot or customer assertion alone does not activate an ICICI order.
• Where a separate manual-UPI option is expressly shown, the customer must provide the transaction reference and an administrator must match it to the received amount before access is activated.
• We never ask for or store your card PIN, UPI PIN, one-time password or bank-login password.

5. Filmmaker submissions

Submitting a film is an invitation for us to consider it and creates no licence, payment obligation, distribution commitment or confidentiality obligation beyond the privacy policy. A licence exists only when a written agreement is signed. You confirm that you are entitled to submit the material and that the information supplied is accurate.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no automated scraping or bulk requests, attempts to bypass rate limits, payment or access controls, false payment claims, unlawful or infringing submissions, or interference with another user. We may suspend access for a material breach and cooperate with lawful authority requests.

7. Intellectual property

ZELVU, ZELVU Play, our logos, site design, original text and software belong to the company or its licensors. Films and videos belong to their respective rights holders. Listing a free title does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by its rights holder. See the copyright & takedown policy.

8. Availability, changes and liability

• We aim for a reliable Service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or withdraw a feature. A material adverse change to a paid pass will be notified to affected purchasers where practicable.
• To the extent permitted by law, the company's total liability for a claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid to us by the claimant during the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights.

9. Grievances and disputes

Raise a complaint through the help page. Indian law governs these terms, and courts at New Delhi, India have jurisdiction, without prejudice to remedies available under applicable consumer law.
